NOTICE: BY INVITATION ONLY
Only registered shooters with a paid deposit and their guests may attend. Anyone on the property without a deposit or invitation will be considered trespassing.
Early deposit: $600 if received before November 1.
After November 1: $700 deposit.
Guest fee: $50 per day, with the exception of one parent per junior.
Junior shooters (under 18):
Juniors pay a $250 daily entry instead of the standard daily rate. Their deposit is applied toward their total bill for the event.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Friday: 9 AM practice, 10 AM 30-flyers race
Saturday: 8 AM practice, 10 AM 30-flyers race
Sunday: 8 AM practice, 9 AM 30-flyers race
Friday: Review of guns and Calcutta dinner
Daily: Breakfast, lunch, and hors d’oeuvres
Italian pool and games based on availability
