Information we collect

When you register for an event, we collect each shooter’s first and last name, phone number, email address, and the days they plan to attend, along with the billing name, address, email, and phone number entered at checkout.

When you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and details about a private event you are planning.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and the site’s software automatically collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location based on your IP address.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number is entered into Square’s secure payment form and goes directly to Square. We do not see or store full card numbers. Square’s handling of your payment information is covered by the Square Privacy Notice.

If you choose to pay by check, we use your order details to match your check to your registration.

How we use your information

• To process registrations and deposits and hold your spot at an event
• To contact you about an event you registered for, including schedule changes or weather
• To plan staffing, meals, and squadding for each event day
• To respond to inquiries about private events
• To keep records required for accounting and taxes
• To keep the website secure and working properly

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our events and this website:

• Square, to process payments
• WordPress.com (Automattic), which hosts this website and stores registration and order records. See the Automattic Privacy Policy.
• Event staff and scorers, who may see shooter names and days to run the event
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of guests and staff

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, complete checkout, and keep the site secure. Our host may also use cookies to collect anonymous visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work without them.

How long we keep information

We keep registration and order records for as long as needed to run our events and meet accounting and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

Junior shooters

Registrations for shooters under 18 should be completed by a parent or guardian. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
